Move-In Dates:

Fall 2017 move-in day is August 25!

Check-In Times:

Students will be given move-in appointment times and should check in no earlier than their assigned time. Residents may check-in after their assigned time, but not before. You may revise your assigned check-in time in the Housing application (PDF, 241KB).

Fees:

Room and board charges will be posted to student accounts prior to move-in. All tuition and room and board fees (according to village assignment) are due on or before the deadline, even if you are expecting financial aid that has not yet funded. Please note that any student who fails to pay tuition and fee obligations by the payment deadline may be dropped from their classes and will not be able to move in until the balance owed is cleared.

Roommate Information:

To view roommate information (once it has been posted):

  • Select the "Student Housing" link after logging on to your myCI.
  • Select "Application" in the upper left hand corner & "Academic Year XXXX-XXXX".
  • Select "Save & Continue" located in the lower left hand corner.
  • From the upper right hand corner on the opposite end of the Application Menu, select "Application Status". Scroll down the page to view your room and roommate information.
  • By selecting any one of your designated roommates' profile listed under "view profile", individual email contact information will be displayed for each roommate.
  • We encourage you to contact your roommates prior to move in to get to know them and coordinate items you may want to bring to campus.

Dolphin ID Card:

Freshmen: Your 6-digit Dolphin ID code is emailed to your myCI email before move-in. Please note that your code is confidential, and we will never ask you for it. You will obtain your Dolphin ID card during move-in. Or, you may obtain your card by visiting Student Business Services (SBS) in Sage Hall during normal business hours, beginning the Monday after move-in. You will want to carry your Dolphin ID card wherever you go on or off campus. On campus, your ID card provides you with identification, access to your meal plan at Islands Cafe, your flex dollars, as well as access to Santa Rosa Village. Off campus, your Dolphin ID can get you discounts at local businesses
